2. Service Availability

Our website is primarily intended for individuals, businesses, and companies located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and neighboring Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries (collectively referred to as “the Serviced Countries”). However, we also accept orders from individuals outside these regions, subject to our shipping policies and availability.

3. Formation of Contract

• When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance of your order.
• Your order represents an offer to purchase a product. All telephone and online orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be confirmed either during a telephone conversation or via email. A binding contract (“the Contract”) is formed only when we dispatch the items to you.
• Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, subject to your verbal or written confirmation. If no suitable replacement is available, we will notify you, and you will have the option to cancel your order. If payment has already been made, we will issue a refund for the amount paid.
• We aim to fulfill all online orders within our business days unless otherwise specified. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout using the selected payment method. We accept various payment options, including credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed on our website.
• All payments are processed securely. We do not store credit card details, and all transactions are encrypted for your security.
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order before shipment. If payment has already been made, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver within the UAE and to select GCC countries. Delivery times and charges vary based on location, order size, and shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order placement. However, delivery may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• We do not offer refunds in cash or to charged cards once a purchase has been made.
• Only non-food items may be exchanged within five (5) days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Food items, perishable goods, and consumables are non-returnable for health and safety reasons unless found to be defective upon delivery.
• In case of a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a resolution.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and our return policy will apply.
• In case of a cancellation, a refund will be processed using the original payment method, excluding any applicable transaction fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Bakers Mart Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website and are not responsible for any disruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control.
